Project Overview

Anchor of Hope is an organisation that aims to solve a very important topic: improving access to support services to people of all disabilities. When dealing with people who have disabilities, ensuring that is is accessible and readable to people of all disabilities is important. We had a core focus on WCAG Standards. After a brief period of investigation, we found the colour palette for the website which meant we were able to create a clear and aesthetically pleasing user interface to be enjoyed by all people.

The Design

Our team approached the Anchor of Hope project with a focus on creating a website that was accessible, user-friendly, and reflected the brand’s commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion. We took into consideration the unique needs and preferences of individuals with disabilities, ensuring that the website was designed with accessibility in mind, with features such as clear and easy-to-read fonts, high contrast colors, and keyboard navigation. Our design also aimed to communicate the brand’s values and services in a clear and concise manner, with a user-friendly layout that made it easy for visitors to learn more about the personalized NDIS services offered by Anchor of Hope. Overall, our design considerations were aimed at empowering Anchor of Hope to better serve their clients and achieve their mission of promoting a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion in the Western Australia community.

Project Outcomes

In conclusion, the Anchor of Hope project was a significant undertaking for our agency, and we are proud to have been a part of it. Through our web design and development expertise, we were able to create an intuitive and user-friendly website that meets the WCAG guidelines for accessibility, ensuring that people with disabilities can easily navigate the site and find the information they need. We hope that this project will continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those in the disability community, and we remain committed to supporting organizations like Anchor of Hope in their important work.
